The function "choice()" let the user defines its graphical output. Four parameters are changeable:
- The trajectories
- The mean of each clusters
- The sub-groups
- Labeling the mean trajectories
The trajectories
They can be drown in color according to their groups, in black or not be drown at all.
The mean of each group
As the trajectories, they can be drown in color, in black or not be drown at all.
The sub-groups
As the trajectories and the mean trajectories, they can be drown in color, in black or not be drown at all.
Labeling the mean trajectories
The mean of each group can be labeled with letters, with symbol or not be labeled.
